History has been made.

Congratulations to the Cook Inlet SC 2009 Girls, who battled their way through the nation's best teams to become 2026 US Youth Soccer U17 National Champions—the first Alaska team to earn a US Youth Soccer National Championship! 💙💛⚽

We're especially proud of Dr. Joel Adkins, who spent the past week and a half alongside these athletes, helping keep them healthy, recovered, and ready to compete through one of the toughest tournaments of the year. From treatment between matches to daily recovery with tools like Normatec compression therapy, every little advantage matters when you're playing six high-level matches in a week.

Congratulations to the players, coaches, families, and everyone who helped make this unforgettable run possible. We are incredibly proud of you!

⚽️ Day 4 from the U.S. Girls National Championships!

Dr. Joel Adkins is still in Nashville, continuing to care for Cook Inlet athletes as teams from across Alaska compete on the national stage. 💙

Today marks the beginning of competition for the younger age groups, while several of the older teams take a well-earned rest day before returning to the field—including some preparing for the quarterfinals.

Whether it's helping athletes recover between matches, managing sore muscles, or keeping them ready for the next game, Dr. Adkins is proud to support these incredible young women throughout the tournament.

Best of luck to every Cook Inlet player, coach, and family this week. We're cheering you on from Alaska! ⚽🙌

🌸 New location. Same thoughtful touches.

If you've visited us over the years in Spenard, you've probably admired the fresh flowers that have decorated our front desk.

We're happy to report that tradition continues. These peonies were freshly cut from Lynn and Dr. Tim Kanady's garden and have officially found their place at our new home inside Adkins Chiropractic.
