But for our longtime Adkins Chiropractic patients, we want to make one thing clear:

Our first week together is officially in the books ... as Adkins Chiropractic and Kanady Chiropractic came together under one roof ❤️💙

One week of welcoming patients, working side by side, settling into a new space, and seeing what can happen when two family-owned clinics with shared values come together.

One more moment from our final week in Spenard that we didn’t want to let pass by ❤️

Among all the boxes, celebrations, and emotions of closing one chapter and beginning another, Dr. Kanady and Lynn received an incredibly thoughtful surprise from their kids and their families.

This beautiful custom painting captures the clinic building that was home to Kanady Chiropractic for nearly four decades.

A place where friendships were built, families grew, milestones were celebrated, and generations of patients trusted us with their care.

Needless to say… this one got us a little emotional.

A huge thank you to Paper Crayon Company ( on Instagram!) for creating such a beautiful keepsake of a place that will always mean so much to our family and our story. 🙏

There’s a first for everything ... and this was ours.

Meet Sean Arcilla, the first Kanady Chiropractic patient to be seen at our new home inside Adkins Chiropractic 🎉

Sean was welcomed by Dr. Mason McCloskey as we officially began this next chapter together.

After a busy weekend of moving, unpacking, and getting settled, it was a pretty special moment to officially open our doors and begin caring for patients in the new space.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us through this transition. We’re up and running and look forward to seeing familiar faces (and some new ones!) in the days ahead.

After the past few days… some of our staff might need an adjustment ❤️💙

We officially have a new home at Adkins Chiropractic!

This past weekend was spent packing boxes, loading trucks with equipment, and bringing a whole lot of memories with us.

And, no movers needed! Just two clinic families coming together and rolling up their sleeves to help build something bigger than either could have created alone.

Thursday marked the end of an incredible chapter as Kanady Chiropractic closed its doors at the Spenard location after 38 years of serving the Anchorage community.

For nearly four decades, this building was more than a chiropractic clinic. It was a place where friendships were formed, families grew, milestones were celebrated, and generations of patients trusted us with their care.

To everyone who has walked through these doors, thank you. Thank you for trusting us, supporting us, and allowing us to be a part of your lives. The relationships built here will always be the heart of what we do and why we do it.

While saying goodbye to this location was bittersweet, there is also tremendous excitement for what comes next.

Beginning June 1, the Kanady Chiropractic team will join Adkins Chiropractic, bringing together two like-minded clinics with one shared mission: providing exceptional care for the people of Anchorage.

The faces you know and trust are coming with us. The values that built this clinic are coming with us. The commitment to putting patients first is coming with us.

This building helped shape our story, but the story is far from over.

📦 Heads up! Our clinic will be CLOSED on Friday, May 29, as our team begins the move to Adkins Chiropractic ahead of our June 1 reopening.
