💓 What are they telling you? How are they guiding you? ⁠

🤯 Perspective shift: Did you know we're EMOTIONAL BEINGS? ⁠

By that I mean we are 💯 present with emotions each and every second of our human lives. Shouldn't we be talking more about them? Hmmmm...⁠
⁠
From the minute we wake up (feeling tired 😴), all throughout the day and as we lay down to sleep—even in our dreams!! ⁠
⁠
🙏 We are emotional beings with emotions that serve as a guidance system that has been so severely fragmented due to poor conditioning most of us are not in touch with our emotions. ⁠
⁠
🔄 Reset: Get to know your emotions by... ⁠
⁠
1️⃣ First ACCEPTING them as they come. ⁠
⁠
2️⃣ TRUST that they're your BF bestie trying to help you even if you're experiencing negative emotions. ⁠
⁠
3️⃣ DECODE your emotions by knowing they're happening for a reason. As to why, well that is our job to get to know, and realllllly know ourselves; inside and out. It is your job to learn the language of your own emotions.⁠
⁠
🌟 It is possible to reset and reprogram so you can go from pain and confusion into trust and understanding what you're emotions are truly telling you. ⁠

💜 Speaking from my own personal experience, it took me about a year to come into mastery in this area. ⁠

New Years Blessings for the Collective 💝⁠✨🙏⁠ ⁠

"May all beings be at peace. May all beings feel loved. May all beings be in harmony with all aspects of self as well as with one another. May all beings be blessed with unconditional love and abundance. (🙏 bow)...And so it is."⁠ ⁠

This is my gift to you as we've entered (officially) into the year 2021. This is actually the very mantra I use daily to bless all and would like you to also receive the benefit. 💞 ⁠

Here are 4 tips to get the most out of this heart-opening practice. ⁠ ⁠

1️⃣ Simply recite the mantra above, get into the visuals and into the feels—as always with all energy work. Try and imagine every single being living on this plant—including mother Gaia—when you're reciting this mantra. ⁠(It's a huge game-changer!) ⁠

2️⃣ Maybe certain people within your circle who really need this blessing are the focus of where you're directing your energy. If it resonates, you may also look beyond our dimension and acknowledge our "neighbors" in the other realms of Gaia - the magical higher-dimensional beings and creatures such as fairies, unicorns, mermaids, etc. ⁠(bc why not?)

3️⃣ There's no limit to who/what/where you extend your blessings to. While you're at it, you may want to give your Spirit team, angels or archangels, or star family blessings. I'm sure they will love it!! ⁠ ⁠

4️⃣ After you've done the blessing, drop a 🌟 below so I can personally thank you. ☺️⁠ ⁠

I know this time of year, people feel the call to make new years "resolutions."⁠
⁠
But you know me, I like to take a spiritual spin on traditions. ⁠😜
⁠
Today, I propose a healing perspective that is both a mindset shift and tip in conflict resolution.

A good leader and friend of mine always had this philosophy, "seek to understand."

The solution is the understanding. The word Resolution simply means returning to the solution or shifting into to a new solution.

Being in the "solution" mindset is a golden tip that allows you to reach the finish line faster.

Why? Bc a problem-focused mindset is in the low, constriction frequencies of emotion. We often can't see beyond tunnel vision.

A solution-focused mindset is far more open in the higher, expansive frequencies of emotion. There is an abundance of solutions visible to us that we couldn't see before.

This not only works with general roadblocks in life but it is also effective in conflict resolution between others.

Taking this idea beyond problem solving this mindset is extremely insightful in . Its an excavation tool when you're triggered and looking for deeper insights into the core wound. You have to take a willing, cooperative, and proactive stance in solving the problem (another part to healing).

At the end of the day you always have two choices: you can be part of the problem, or seek to understand to re-solve the puzzle.
