June is Alzheimer’s and Brain Awareness Month, offering an important opportunity to learn about prevention, symptoms, and the critical role early detection plays.

Recognizing signs of dementia or Alzheimer’s disease in a loved one can feel overwhelming. Whether symptoms develop gradually or suddenly, your family’s primary care team is available to walk through every step of the journey.

Connect with your family’s primary care team directly to discuss any concerns or to learn more about Alzheimer’s disease or dementia.
