LOL it's so nice to have a place we can all thrive on Saturday mornings.

My kids often beep bop around the market while I'm teaching and I received this picture of what Thad was up to 😂

Class is every Saturday morning at 10:30, I am crossing my fingers we will be back in business for this week's.

Until then enjoy this cutie patooties little face and if you need movement ASAP, Amy Newland offers Vinyasa yoga at 5pm tonight and Brittan Orr Solomon leads Restorative Yoga at 6:30pm on Thursdays.

Hello,
I'm so sorry to have another slow week.
Unfortunately, Thad and I are down for the count and I don't think I can even drive let alone teach tomorrow.

Amy Newland will be covering class at the farm tomorrow evening (Tuesday @5) but Yin is cancelled.

Thursday - Restorative @ 6:30p
Saturday- Slow Flow @ 9a, Market Yoga 10:30am
Sunday- Y12SR

ATTN:
Is there a hero in our midst?! Who will help save us from these perils?!

Word on the street, a few folks at the Anderson Farmers Market has been robbed! Their hearts have been stolen by criminal amounts of cuteness from the baby goats!

Additionally, the iced coffee, baked goods and raspberry cream honey you can find here is soo good, it should be considered a crime!

Alright alright that's enough of that 😉

This is the week for "just for kids" yoga at the market!
We are collaborating with Ms. Olivia for a super fun super hero themed yoga class!

Class starts at 10:30 and we play and move until I can tell their little minds have wandered away and their bodies are headed out next 😂

If it's offensively hot, we will move inside the air conditioned studio!

The weather was sketchy so I think all my regular market yogis were tucked in for the morning, which was actually perfect for me to have a little moment to myself to move a bit while the kids beep bopped around the Anderson Farmers Market ❤️

Later a few of my favorite farm critters came to visit and move a bit with me before they had to run from the rain!

Did you know all these garden boxes are free for the picking? There are like gobs of community gardens throughout Anderson all funded and cared for by Bloom Madison County and available for snacking.
