Sometimes the simplest habits have the biggest impact. That’s the lesson from 102-year-old yoga instructor Charlotte Chopin, who still teaches three classes each week in her quiet French village 🀯

Chopin didn’t start yoga until she was 50, fell in love with it, and began teaching at 60. Over 40 years later, she continues her same simple sequence of postures, practiced with purpose and joy. No fancy equipment, no trendy programs just consistency and enjoyment.
