To celebrate National Speech-Language-Hearing Month, we’re offering free hearing screenings on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at our Anderson office.
If you’re interested in having your hearing checked, please call 864-226-2477 to schedule an appointment.
Please note: this is a brief screening, not a comprehensive hearing evaluation. Its purpose is to determine whether further testing may be recommended.

Non-profit hearing clinics in South Carolina
provide affordable or reduced-cost audiology services, including comprehensive evaluations, hearing aid fittings, and repairs. Key providers include P*e Dee Hearing Center in Florence, Anderson-Oconee Speech & Hearing in the Upstate, and Hearing the Call – Lowcountry. These organizations often utilize sliding fee scales for underserved populations.

There aren't many of us these days and without the communities help and support we may not be around for the future generations. Please reach out and support your local office buy volunteering, acting on the board of directors or monetary donations to upkeep the equipment we have to continue to provide much needed services to the undeserved.

It has been a busy year for the staff at Anderson Oconee Speech and Hearing Services. The office will be closed Monday, December 22, 2025 through Monday, January 5, 2026 to give our staff a much needed break.

We wish you all a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Please think of our Hearing aid foundation when making those end of the year donations so that we can continue to provide services for the undeserved residents of Anderson and Oconee counties.
