Countryside and Rawlins House represented Team CarDon in the 2026 Community Hospital Anderson ER Golf Tournament. Proceeds of this tournament benefited patients at the Sexual Assault Treatment Center, Animal Protection League, and local EMS. Team CarDon had a great time supporting this cause and connecting with other community members.

On this Family-first Friday, we are spotlighting one of our residents, Dennis. You may recognize Dennis from his racing days where he was best found in victory lane. We love hearing our residents share memories and stories from their career and lives prior to coming to Countryside.

Countryside is proud to partner with DaVita for on-site dialysis!
This means residents on dialysis can dialyze conveniently and comfortably with no more trips to an outside dialysis center. By removing the need to travel to treatment, residents experience reduced stress and can benefit from smoother care coordination between our care team, their nephrologist and the on-site DaVita team. Whether you are completing a short-term rehab stay or joining our family for long-term care, our on-site dialysis den is available to you.
Countryside is currently the only Skilled Nursing Facility to offer on-site dialysis in Madison and Delaware County. Our goal remains to provide a better quality of life for our residents.
