Today we said see you later to our Clinical Manager, Ashleigh Smith.
In a world where the only constant is change, Ashleigh has been a steady, stabilizing presence for our staff and patients at Mockingbird Hill since we opened our doors just over 5 years ago. Her dedication, compassion, and leadership have shaped who we are as a team and helped countless patients find their footing on the road to recovery. She has a rare gift for balancing empathy with accountability, always holding people to their best while never losing sight of their humanity. And through it all, she brought laughter into even the hardest days.
While we’re sad to see her go, we’re so grateful for the mark she’s left on this place and everyone in it.
