If you find yourself in frequent pain and discomfort, it could be bursitis.
Bursa sacs are small fluid-filled organs that cushion the bones around joints; when these become inflamed they can cause pressure on nearby muscles or nerve endings leading to chronic aches along with warmth sensations at those sites which may radiate up into your arm pit area.
In some cases people will experience shooting sensations down their leg towards recognizable signs of heat strokes such as red face/ neck swelling.
