🐾 From Healing Bella to Helping Others: A Fur-ever Bella Update! 🐾

​This project started straight from the heart. I originally created this herbal blend to help my own sweet Bella—her foot had a stubborn, painful sore, and I wanted a natural, gentle way to give her comfort.

I am so incredibly happy to share that her foot is completely healed, and the sore is entirely gone! 🎉

​The ingredients come straight from a garden I never grew but always there when I needed it.🌿

​Summer heat is here, and so many of our pups are dealing with irritated skin.

I am officially making small batches of this skin-soothing, coat-conditioning herbal soak to help other dogs who might be suffering from hot spots, raw patches, or stubborn itchiness. ☀️🐶

This box is for one of my Pit Bull friends who suffers from a skin condition.

Backyard healing: How I finally helped Bella’s allergies 🐾🌾

​Swipe to see her progress in 4 days! It breaks my heart watching Bella constantly chew and lick her raw, irritated paw when her seasonal allergies flared up.

​Instead of buying expensive or harsh treatments, I simply looked out into my own yard to see what my "backyard pharmacy" had to offer. That’s where I rediscovered two incredible, everyday plants: Mallow and Plantain.

​The best part? Everything is completely non-toxic and 100% safe if she happens to lick it.
​Here is the simple routine that changed everything for her:

​Targeted Soaks: I brewed an infusion of mallow and plantain to soak her paw. Mallow has a natural, soothing gel-like quality that cools raw skin, while plantain is amazing for calming inflammation.

​Simple Bath & After-Rinse: I gave her a simple water-only bath first, keeping it completely plain so it wouldn't irritate her sensitive skin any further. Then, I used the cooled herbal water as a final leave-on rinse to soothe her itchy coat.

​The Balm: I took those same backyard plants and created a nourishing, waxless balm to protect her skin barrier and lock in the healing.

​No more non-stop chewing, just one comfortable, happy pup.

​I’ve been making and perfecting this exact blend and balm recipe for her for the last year, and because the results have been so incredible, I’m actually working on a way to share it with all of you soon. Stay tuned! 👀✨
