The transition from pediatric to adult medical care for individuals with complex needs has long been a challenge in Iowa. To bridge this gap, On With Life and ChildServe have been working together to secure funding and support for an expansion to On With Life's long-term skilled care facility in Polk City. Last month, this project received a significant state funding commitment.

In less than one month, we will gather in eastern Iowa for Celebrate Hope 2026! This event supports our Coralville outpatient clinic and the people we serve, like Jill.

Jill came to On With Life after experiencing a stroke on the right side of her brain. "On With Life has given me the knowledge, support, and confidence to successfully fulfill my 'getting on with life' goals."
