I have a feeling you need to read this today…

You are allowed to rest without needing to earn it. Healing is not linear, and bad days do not erase your progress.

You do not have to carry everything alone. Support is not weakness, and your anxiety is not your identity.

And if all you did today was survive...that still counts.

It’s okay to say…

“Thank you for asking, but no.”
“I’m free, but I need to rest.”
“I’ll think about it and reply later.”
“I’m offline — I’ll respond soon.”
“That doesn’t feel right for me.”
“I can’t take this on right now.”

Protecting your peace is not rude.
Rest is not laziness.
Boundaries are not selfish.
