Same-day relief for an ingrown toenail 🦶

What made this case extra tender: alongside the ingrown nail, there was a pyogenic granuloma — that angry-looking red bump you see forming at the nail border. It’s not an infection, but it’s the body’s way of saying “this has been irritated for too long.” Left alone, it just keeps growing and bleeding with the slightest bump.
