Thank you Colleen with for connecting us to this expansive space right Downtown. We're so looking forward to moving in next month, opening our doors to everyone, and to being a part of the community once again!

For all of you who have offered "let me know if there's anything I can do"~ I haven't really had an answer to that. But yesterday my dear sweet friend Cori created a gofundme for Anna and I💗💗 Any support is appreciated whether that's donating or just sharing this post/the link! We're doing what we can to move forward and rebuild after the Maxton Plaza fire.

Devastated is an immense understatement. The studio was engulfed in flames around 2am this morning. My heart is broken for all the other therapists & tenants and myself..and our kind landlord... Anna and I put so much work into this space. As well as all the other therapists with their beautiful studios.. im so sorry to all my clients, who looked to the studio as a place of sanctuary and restoration. This sucks so much. I will keep you all updated as to what's going on. Moving forward is all we can do. We will find a new space and make it ours again. Much love,

Valentines day is around the corner❣️

My friend and colleague Anna Keene who I share the studio with and I are hosting a Valentine event on Saturday February 14th and Sunday February 22nd.
The event is for couples interested in learning how to help their partner with discomfort at home.
Each person will choose the area that bothers them the most and we will teach the partner how to work on the chosen area.
There will be a demonstration for each area that folks have picked for their partner to work on. We will also demonstrate some ways to reset your nervous system or to help your partner do so ♡♡♡

It's so cold you guys! 2° but real feel is -18°🥶🥶
This kind of weather makes it hard to want to leave the house, no doubt about it.

And yet you all get up and out and show up for yourselves on my table 👏🏼🙌🏼

When it's cold like this, receiving massage therapy improves circulation in your body during a time of year where we tend not to move as much as the warmer seasons.
Increased circulation then improves muscle function~hooray!

In addition to that, receiving therapeutic bodywork releases serotonin and endorphins to help fight those winter blues off.

Take care of yourselves, you deserve it 💙
