Eisenhower Center Eisenhower Center opened its doors in June of 1993 to provide post-acute, residential, rehabilitation services to individuals with traumatic brain injuries.

Eisenhower Center is an Adult Foster Care facility helping individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Severe Autism, and Traumatic Brain Injuries. We started out with one client in 1993 and have since grown to accommodate more than 180. We have expanded our services to help clients suffering from traumatic brain injures to other services including mental health, behavioral health, veteran care, first responders and sports athletes.
