We are excited to be launching a free, virtual New Parent Support Group for those who are pregnant through the first year postpartum (all new parents welcome!) This group offers a supportive, trauma-informed space to connect, share, and build coping tools alongside others who get it.

A reminder that University of Michigan Health Plan (formerly Physician’s Health Plan) will end operations effective 12/31/2025. We will continue to accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and Blue Care Network (including Premier Care) here at Haven. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with any questions or concerns related to this change. If you are a current Haven client with a change to your insurance for 2026, please provide your new information to your therapist as soon as you have it in order to avoid any potential billing issues.
