I’m still trying to find the words for what we collectively experienced in Zimbabwe and Botswana. There are truly not enough superlatives.
was everything I could have hoped for and more. From the breathtaking landscape and abundant wildlife to the incredible staff, expert guides, cultural experiences, and heartfelt hospitality, every detail was thoughtfully curated and deeply meaningful. It is one of those rare places that changes you simply by being there.
But what made this retreat truly unforgettable wasn’t just the destination, it was the people.
To every person who trusted me enough to join this adventure, thank you. Thank you for saying yes to the unknown. Thank you for embracing early mornings, long game drives, yoga under African skies, meaningful conversations, belly laughs, moments of awe, and the kind of presence that can only emerge when we step away from our daily routines and into something extraordinary.
Every retreat becomes its own unique ecosystem, and this group was pure magic. The curiosity, openness, kindness, support, and genuine connection that unfolded throughout our time together created something far greater than any itinerary ever could.
As a retreat host, there is no greater honor than being entrusted with people’s time, energy, resources, and hearts. I never take that responsibility lightly. Thank you for allowing me to guide this experience and for helping create memories that I know will stay with us for a lifetime.
My heart is so full of gratitude…for Zimbabwe and Botswana, for Munga Plains, for the incredible team that welcomed us, and most of all, for this beautiful group of humans who made the journey what it was.
Until the next adventure. 🦁✨🌍🤍
You know that and I already cooking up something new.
