Let’s talk upper lid blepharoplasty! The surgery may involve removal of excess skin, muscle, and/or fat. It may also include tightening of the levator muscle which opens the upper eyelid. The surgery is tailored to you, whether it is to improve your peripheral field of vision or to achieve a more youthful appearance (or both!). This patient is quite satisfied with the results of her surgery. I wanted to show a standard, realistic outcome. I am thankful she has allowed me to share her before and after photo.

👃 Undeniably straighter and more functional. This patient could hardly breathe through his nose due to a deviated septum and nasal valve collapse. But, after an open septorhinoplasty, now he can!

Note: Columellar scar here is still a little prominent at 4 months postop but will continue to flatten and fade over time, so no worries.😉

A classic (or cosmetic ) involves removal of excess skin, re**us plication, and umbilicoplasty. A re**us plication brings the re**us abdominis muscles (your 6-pack!) back to the midline where they belong, thereby strengthening your core. After pregnancy, these muscles often splay apart (“re**us diastasis”), leaving an abdominal bulge. For this reason, tummy tucks are often part of a “mommy makeover.” I was honored that this sweet young working mom of 3 littles chose me as her surgeon. She is a busy, dynamic, and kind individual, with a supportive husband and family. I was delighted to hear how much she loves her new .
