Body Spirit Mind EMDR-C, CAADC My healing journey began after the birth of my two children, when I felt called to explore a new direction for my life.

I bring my experience as a psychotherapist, meditator, and yoga instructor to support individuals in releasing what no longer serves them, restoring inner strength, and creating space for growth, healing, and resilience. I turned to movement—through exercise and yoga—to reconnect with my body, and incorporated daily chakra meditation to cultivate balance and clarity. A chance encounter with a psyc

hotherapist soon revealed the profound impact of integrating these three practices: movement, meditation, and therapy. Together, they helped me release repressed emotions that had been holding me back and allowed me to step into a fuller, more authentic version of myself. This transformation inspired me to dedicate my career to helping others do the same. Trusting Konnections / Body Spirit Mind is expanding a 12-week, trauma-informed Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) designed for adults with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders, including individuals impacted by trauma and involvement in the justice system.

This program integrates evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and narrative therapy, alongside somatic regulation, mindfulness, and identity-based recovery—addressing a critical gap in traditional behavioral health care.

Importantly, this model fills a key break in the continuum of care, supporting individuals transitioning from inpatient treatment, hospitalization, and rehabilitation into sustained, long-term recovery. By providing structured, integrative outpatient care, the program functions as a hospital diversion and step-down alternative, reducing readmissions, preventing relapse, and improving continuity of care.

Program outcomes demonstrate:
• 100% improvement in overall functioning
• 100% increase in emotional awareness and trauma insight
• 86% reduction in reactivity
• 98% participant satisfaction

This project expands access to integrated, whole-person care, delivering measurable outcomes while reducing system burden and offering a scalable, cost-effective model for long-term recovery.
