Hello yogi friends near and far, I’ve got something special to share with you! My amazing friend Missy Hartley and her husband David are hosting their transformative **Awaken Your Path Retreat** at the beautiful Anamaya Resort in Costa Rica from **June 27th to July 4th**.

“Yoga and Sound Healing Experience.” 🧘‍♀️🌅🙏🤍💫🐬

Another beautiful night of movement and sound vibrations on the beach! The sky was full of moody blues and the breeze and the air felt fresh on our skin! We breathed and moved in tune with the waves, and then we relaxed to immerse ourselves with the healing vibrations of the sound. Three dolphins appeared and played in the ocean right in front of us, blessing us with their youthful and creative energy! 🐬🐬🐬Another magical evening of Mother Nature’s gifts!

We will gather to breathe, move, and vibrate in harmony with the sea.

Join us for a beautiful evening of movement, breath, and sound on the beautiful white sand shores of Anna Maria Island. We will gather in the vibrant “3” energy of that day - the frequency of creativity, joyful expression, and social connection.

🧘 The Experience
• Gentle Yoga Flow and Breath work for the first 30-40 minutes followed by a Sound Bath of Crystal Singing Bowls & Gong vibrations.
• Relaxation, connection, and self-expression by the sea

Our mantra for this healing practice:

“Like the ocean, I flow with creativity, joy, and ease.
I am open, expressive, radiant, and free.”

💫 This is a community event welcoming all levels! There is no charge to join us!
