How much of your diet comes from junk food? 🍩
We all enjoy the occasional treat. However, when too much of our diet comes from ultra-processed foods, it can affect more than just our weight.
A study found that just a 10% increase in calories from processed foods raised the risk of early death by 2.7%. 🤯
It’s okay to indulge now and then. But try to keep your meals mostly fresh, whole, and balanced!
