Friday is our 5 year Anniversary of having MAP CDS. It has flown by. We now serve 89 individuals and have 30 Map employees! We are so proud of the work being done at our 24 hour CILA homes as well as at the Community Day program.

MAP CDS is celebrating 5 years of service to some of the most amazing individuals!!! We are excited for this milestone and to continue serving our community! Thank you to our amazing individuals and staff who have made 5 years possible!!! Chamness Care, Inc.
