What better way to celebrate National Physical Therapy Month than this? 🏃‍♀️

Huge congratulations to Kaitlyn Bergen, one of our therapists at the Freehold office, who ran a half marathon this past weekend in Seaside!

The event also raised money for some incredible causes: the Tri-Boro First Aid Squad (serving Seaside Heights, Seaside Park, and Berkeley Township), the ORC Scholarship Fund, and the Marine Mammal Stranding Center. 🌊

This month, we’re celebrating the PTs who help our patients move better and live better — and Kaitlyn is living proof that our therapists practice what they preach. So proud of you, Kaitlyn! 👏

Proud to support our community and the next generation of athletes! 💜 Last week, ProCare Rehabilitation sponsored a hole at the 12th Annual Open Championship benefiting the OBHS Softball program.

Mike, our director from Aberdeen, held it down at our table all day — running chipping and putting games and giving away a gift basket to one lucky winner! ⛳️ It was a fantastic day on the course for a great cause.

Thank you to OBHS Softball for having us. Supporting local student-athletes is exactly the kind of thing we love to be part of! 🙌

What an amazing day for ProCare Rehabilitation! 💙

Last week, Chris from our Bayville office had the privilege of speaking at an event hosted by the Arthritis Foundation, sharing the importance of movement, exercise, and staying active while living with arthritis. 💪

Arthritis can bring real challenges to everyday life, but staying active and finding the right ways to keep moving can make a world of difference. That's the message Chris brought to the room, along with the passion for helping people move better, feel better, and live better that we're proud of across every ProCare office.

A big thank you to the Arthritis Foundation for hosting such a meaningful event and giving Chris the platform to share his knowledge.

Co****le champs! Our Bayville team took the win at the blind draw tournament at the Bayville Elks — and had to earn it the hard way, beating the same team twice to bring it home. 🙌 Nothing sweeter than a hard-fought victory.

Even better was getting to meet so many of the local Elks members and share some laughs along the way. Always love getting to spend some time with the community!

Getting back in the game takes more than running in a straight line 💪🏻 Here, our Marlboro staff runs through sharp cutting drills — practicing the quick changes of direction that sports like lacrosse, basketball, and football demand. It's the same kind of work that helps athletes rebuild strength and confidence after an ACL injury, getting them back on the field one cut at a time 🙌

Getting your shoulder strong again takes more than lifting weights 💪🏻 Here, Nicole at our Middletown office shows a move where one hand stays down to keep the shoulder steady while the other reaches out to move the ball — building control and core strength at the same time. It's a big step forward for anyone working their way back after an injury or surgery, and proof that every rep gets you closer to doing what you love again 🙌
