This month, we're shining the spotlight on Jillian, a beloved member of our Spa Creek family since 2015! 💙

As our Resident Ambassador, Jillian has a special gift for making new residents feel welcomed and at home. Her kindness, warm smile, and friendly spirit help create the caring community we're so proud of.

When she's not welcoming new faces, Jillian enjoys spending time outdoors. Her favorite memory at Spa Creek? Our delicious crab feasts! 🦀 She also has an incredible background, having worked as a travel agent at the Pentagon, and she's the proud mom of two grown sons.

Today’s craft was a blooming success! 🌸🌼

Residents created beautiful decoupaged trinket trays using colorful floral napkins and a little creativity. Each tray is one-of-a-kind and perfect for holding jewelry, keys, or little keepsakes. We had so much fun crafting together! 💕🎨

Tomorrow, America turns 250.

It's a staggering number for a country. But think about it for a second and it stops being about a country at all.

Because a whole generation lived through the part we now call history. They grew up with the radio before the television, the letter before the phone call, the porch before the group chat.

They built the ordinary American life the rest of us were simply handed.

Two and a half centuries is a milestone none of us will ever see again. And the people who carried us the furthest deserve to feel every bit of it, not from a distance, not down the hall, but right where they are, known by name.

That's what this weekend is really about for us.

Making sure the ones who gave us the last 250 years never have to celebrate the milestones alone.
