Botox affects the way that you move your face! When you have Botox injections before awake procedures, the treatment can affect your surgical results. If I am drawing surgical incisions when you have Botox in your face, then my incisions may look off when the Botox wears off! It’s so important to let all neuromodulator wear off (at least 5-6 months) if you are planning on having awake surgery. If you are having sedation, it’s irrelevant because you are relaxed without much muscle tone.

This young lady initially presented with concerns that her nose was too large for her face. She disliked the hump on the bridge of her nose as well as how her nose pulled down when she smiled.

As a college athlete, we knew how important it was to maintain excellent nasal breathing passages while she exercised.

We are so pleased with how her new nose balances her whole face and brings out her natural beauty! 🤍

The biggest factor in how a scar heals isn’t a cream or a product, it’s surgical technique. Every incision is thoughtfully planned, handled with precision, and meticulously closed to create the best possible foundation for healing.

From there, the right aftercare can make a meaningful difference. Depending on your procedure and healing journey, I may recommend scar care products like silicone gel or silicone sheets, along with sun protection and a personalized recovery plan to help scars mature as beautifully as possible.

This beautiful bride-to-be wanted to improve the quality of the skin under her eyes. She noticed extra, crepey skin when she smiled. She didn’t have heavy undereye bags, so we discussed an in-office procedure called a “pinch blepharoplasty” paired with CO2 laser resurfacing. We performed this procedure in the office using only local numbing. She has been sending photos of her bridal makeup, and she is stunning 🤍

We love getting your selfies! Professional photos are great, but patient selfies might be our favorite kind of update. There’s nothing better than seeing confidence show up in real life.

The sweetest patient presented with concerns about her heavy undereye bags and was looking for a refresh.

We discussed focusing on removing the eye bags with a lower blepharoplasty surgery and added a full face CO2 laser resurfacing to also improve the fine lines around her mouth and improve her overall skin quality — She looks refreshed and youthful!

She sent us a follow-up note about how pleased she was to be taken care of by an all-female team at our office and in the operating room. 🤍
