Text like this from my clients never get old......

"And you'll be happy to know that I completed 4 days of the 10-day blast and from the start of the program where I saw you last I was at 239 pounds on Tuesday at my home scale and as of yesterday on Friday I was at 233.2 pounds so 6 pounds in like a week? It is pretty unbelievable to me. I find the supplements - the 10 pills a day plus the two extra not hard to deal with at all. fortunately they swallow well and don't get stuck in my throat. And the shake I like a lot and I've been mixing it with mostly with just a little fruit and I have also some kale and dark leaf lettuce type things to put in it as well. So the shake is going well and the supplements are every day until they run out on well Thursday is my day 10 of this. 1/4 cup of raw almonds also either every day or every other day is also on the schedule for me here.
