This is what it looks like when Iโ€™m living my best life with no plans, in the jungle.

No agenda. No inbox. No one needing anything from me.

Just sunset, ocean air, and the kind of quiet that resets your whole nervous system.

I'm taking a small group back to Costa Rica this January for exactly thisโ€ฆ details are up on my page if you want the full breakdown.

Today I'm celebrating my first day as a postmenopausal woman.

And although I had a little celebration last night, to celebrate the end on an era... Today is a bit more reflective for me.

Today, I am thinking about what I won't miss about perimenopause. Today, I am remembering a drive-in movie theater, sleeping bags in the back of my Subaru, and a bathroom meltdown I can still picture like it was yesterday.

That night, with blood everywhere and my daughter's popcorn all over the floor, was the first hint that perimenopause was already coming for me.

I wrote the whole story down... messy, funny in hindsight, and honest. If you want to read it, come find me on Substack.

Today, is officially my only day in menopause! And, Iโ€™m throwing myself a little party. A steak dinner, a fancy cocktail, my husband and pups. Dress code- pajamas. Looking forward to my second spring. May it be my best years yet!

Netflix, weโ€™re ready for our close-up ๐ŸŽฌ Scene one of the RenewHer story: the moment a woman stops apologizing for needing real answers about her hormones. No sequel needed โ€” just a whole new season of feeling like herself again.

The number 1 thing my patients struggle with. We're all trying to squeeze into our mornings between kids, coffee, and getting out the door, and protein is usually the first thing that gets skipped. But for those of us in perimenopause and menopause, it's one of the simplest levers for steady energy, less brain fog, and keeping muscle as we age. We're aiming for 30g at breakfast. That takes a little strategy.

My go-to lately: warm quinoa with coconut cream and berries. I whip a little vanilla and maple syrup into the coconut cream, then top it with fresh strawberries, pumpkin seeds, slivered almonds, and h**p hearts. Add it all up and this bowl gets you close to 30g of protein... no meat required. Some mornings I'll still stir a half scoop of protein powder into my coffee for good measure, but the bowl really does most of the work on its own.

I know 30g sounds like a lot for one meal, and I know it can feel like "one more thing" to think about. But the payoff of less brain fog, steadier energy, no late morning crash, makes it worth the extra effort

I want to crowdsource this one... help a sister out. ๐Ÿ‘‡ What's YOUR favorite protein-packed breakfast that isn't just "eggs again"? Bonus points if it's fast or make-ahead. I'm always looking for new ideas for my patients (and myself, honestly).

I picked The Midnight Library. We talked a lot about regret. But we also talked about the lie that somebody out there is living the life you were supposed to have.

See, no matter what life we live, there is always suffering. There is still grief. Still loss. Still the hard stuff.

Women shared stories of their own struggles, past and present One finally understood that the marriage she thought was perfect from the outside was actually ending in divorce.

We talked about how midlife is this strange time where you look around and assume everyone else figured it out.

I shared that I'm a practicing Buddhist, and that the first noble truth isn't a downer - it's a relief. Suffering is everywhere. Not just in your life. In every life. Every alternate timeline.

The women in that room were so vulnerable. We talked about feeling stuck. Our kids. Would they benefit from reading this book?

We share the stories that made us who we are.

Which of these shifts do you need most right now?

Six sessions, one container, each designed around a specific meridian and a specific moment of reclaiming yourself.
A sensory container with pattern-specific aromatherapy, curated sound, and a guided yoga nidra to bring you back into your body before you re-enter your life. But each session is different. Because each one maps to a different energetic shift that is asking to happen. Liver, letting go. Gallbladder, choosing your next step with clarity. Kidneys, restoring the deep reserves that let you actually rest. Heart, the return of joy. Triple Burner, full integration, everything moving as one again.
This is a six-week container because I want to give you the kind of attention and energetic shift that actually changes how you feel in your body.
Late July through early September. Then the program closes until November.

If you have been waiting for a sign to stop powering through and actually come back into your body, this is it.

DM me SECOND SPRING and my team will get you booked.

I picked a book about regret for our first Next Chapter | Annapolis book club and thought twelve women might show up.

Sixty women RSVPed. I had to split us into four groups across two coffee shops and Restore Studio.

I wrote about why The Midnight Library finally got through to me, what I have stopped regretting, and why this book could not have been a more perfect fit for where so many of us are right now.
