1. Even in the face of competition, Laureen chooses sisterhood. Some competitors brought mean girl energy, but not Laureen. She was kind and respectful to other competitors and built a sisterhood with the other beautiful women on her team. It made me so proud to see her practice what she preaches in real life.
2. She is incredibly dedicated to her sport. Witnessing her dedication and attention to every little detail of her sport was SO MOTIVATING. Now it makes sense why all of her contributions to Healing HER are perfectionโ SHE IS SO DEDICATED YALL!!
3. She is fearless and made for the stage. My anxiety skyrocketed watching her perform on stage, yet Laureen was cool as a cucumber (even when she didnโt feel good)!! I am still in awe of how she put herself out there with such grace and class. I genuinely donโt know if I could do what she did this weekend.
I am so glad I got to see a glimpse into the body building part of Laureenโs life. She has certainly given me some newfound motivation to keep working on myself ๐
