Gratitude Challenge Day 7 - Give Gratitude for Life and Strength

Thank you, thank you, thank you for being a part of this journey. You are amazing! You have found direction and peace to face your day. Continue giving gratitude for the things you have. Take solace I knowing that you are doing the best you can.

Be Kind to yourself. Love yourself and recognize that you have one life to live. Your past mistakes do not define you. Grab hold of today and make the best of it. Be thankful for the opportunity to do so.

Gratitude Challenge Day 6: Give Gratitude Through Creativity

Creativity through art, design, making music are amazing healing ways to give and receive gratitude. It’s two-fold because you can share what you have created as well as find meaning and process experiencing a in your life.

You can give gratitude through and for so many things. It helps to put things into perspective. Take your time and do what you need to do. If you need help with that process, connect to a therapist who utilized art therapy, DBT or other mindfulness practices.

Gratitude Challenge Day 4: Receive Gratitude Through Water

I am so hype about the fact that it rained today. There are so many healing benefits to water. Hearing cars go by splashing water around their tires or feelings the swoosh of water as it falls through your fingers…

Water is ever cleansing and because we need it so much and use and experience it in so many way, we do need to honor and express gratitude.

Join me tomorrow as we continue our Gratitude Challenge. Don’t come for my sick morning puffy face, lol. Come for the peace you may experience.

Gratitude Challenge Day 3: Give Gratitude For Healing

This morning, we spent time giving gratitude for varying aspects of our health. As a therapist, mental health is very important to me and a critical part of one’s lifestyle and relationships (any relationships). The way we feel impacts our day-to-day interactions and there is so much to be thankful for that we hardly consider. So, watch today’s gratitude challenge to help you find ways to give gratitude for healing and health.
