Dr. James E. Chappell M.D Plastic Surgery Since May 1, 2016 my practice has been at the Sajak building in Annapolis and is no longer in SP. Each patient's needs and desires are unique.

Dr. Chappell is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and has dedicated his career to excellence in plastic surgery. Dr. Chappell realizes that a complete understanding of the patient's needs will aid in providing the most successful surgical outcome. With the aid of a dedicated staff and a comfortable, quiet office setting, Dr. Chappell can discuss with each patient their indiv

idual concerns. Dr. Chappell spends a great deal of time with each patient in order to best determine how he can aid them toward their goal of an improved sense of their body. Personal consultations are performed in confidence and allow Dr. Chappell to recommend a specific operative or nonoperative plan for each patient.

Got vaccinated against COVID-19 yesterday. I don’t even feel pain at the injection site, and no other symptoms. I definitely encourage all to get the vaccine as soon as they can. Let’s stamp out this disease. Merry Christmas/Happy holidays and Happy New Year to all. 🙏🏻❤️🎄🦠😷

Would it bother you to give a credit card number to reserve your upcoming consultation with me? Have been struggling with this. I get it that you don’t want to give your cc info to “a stranger“, but you called us, not the other way around. Our computers are HIPAA compliant to protect your privacy.

We do already charge for consultation appointments (taken off the surgical fee if you book a procedure done under general anesthesia). Some docs do not charge for consultations, and that is their choice. I value your time, and hope you do the same.

Why do this? No shows. If you don’t care enough to cancel your appointment (emergencies of course are excused, just call!) you have deprived another person of the chance to have a consultation, or a procedure. There are only so many hours in the day, so no one wants to waste their time.

Happy to hear constructive comments. No haters or trolls please.

It has been an amazing transition from my former practice in Severna Park to my new merged practice with Dr. Bryan Ambro in the Sajak Building in Annapolis. I cannot believe it has been eight months. Effective May 1, 2016, I merged my plastic surgery practice with an amazing practice, Annapolis Ear, Nose and Throat, Allergy and Audiology and their partner group, Annapolis Facial Plastic Surgery. We re-branded the latter ANNAPOLIS PLASTIC SURGERY, to reflect that between the Facial Plastic Surgery talents of Dr. Bryan Ambro and my head to toe cosmetic and reconstructive training and experience, we now offer a comprehensive plastic surgery practice. I still perform breast, abdominal, facial complete plastic surgery, as I did before. New office is at: 2002 Medical Parkway
