Each month, we gather in community around a different theme, conversation, and guest speaker; creating space to connect, learn, reflect, and support one another.
This month’s circle will focus on strength, movement, and building a sustainable relationship with fitness in midlife 🌿
Starting Where You Are: Balance & Body Strength with guest speaker and host, Pam -
Together, we’ll explore how strength training can support muscle and bone health through an approachable full-body bodyweight workout, while opening the conversation around creating routines that feel realistic, supportive, and empowering.
