Ever had your heart feel like it was trying to win a race you never signed up for? 🫀😅
A few days ago, my heart rate wouldn’t slow down. Sitting still… drinking water… trying to convince myself Google wasn’t right (bad idea 😂)… nothing seemed to help.
The best part? I didn’t have to wonder if it was “serious enough” to justify an expensive urgent care visit or wait days for an appointment. I texted my Direct Primary Care doctor.
Within minutes, I had reassurance, a plan, and knew exactly what to watch for. No waiting room. No surprise bill. No spending hours wondering if I was overreacting. That’s what DPC is.
