This is a lot! And I forgot to post it. But why not it's one of those days. This patient had a diverticular abscess that ended up communicating with the scan, which is pretty uncommon. We drained it, put her on antibiotics and will do her colon resection at another time. also shout out to my Camera woman. She just got back from having a baby and was a little excited to get back on the other side of the camera. AK Let's see if Charan Donkor MD, F.A.C.S can do better!
