Can I be real for a second?
In my 10 years as a massage therapist, I've NEVER seen the industry this slow.
I know the economy is tough, and I understand that everyone is watching their spending. But it makes me wonder... why is self-care always the first thing to go?
We spend money replacing things, upgrading things, grabbing takeout, or treating ourselves in other ways, but we often ignore the one thing that carries us through it all: our body.
This isn't a guilt post. I just hope it's a reminder that taking care of yourself isn't selfish or frivolous—it's an investment in your health, and your quality of life.
To everyone who has trusted me with your care over the years, thank you. Your support has meant more than you'll ever know, and I hope to continue helping this community feel their best for many years to come. ❤️
