🌟 An Outpatient Success Story 🌟

One of our recent outpatients, Thomas, came to us for physical therapy to address the pain, weakness, and limited range of motion of his left shoulder, which he injured in a fall. Aren Swogger, Assistant Director of Rehab, worked with him twice a week with different exercises and modalities to help him reach his goals. 💪

🌟 Iraj has come a long way since he arrived at Life Care Center of Hickory Woods for rehabilitation.

When he first got here, he was unable to walk or balance while standing, and he needed maximum assistance with self-care tasks like getting dressed. Now, he is at a supervision level in all of these areas. 👏

Congratulations to Frederick, who recently completed his physical and occupational therapies with us!

Frederick came to us unable to walk or wheel himself in a wheelchair and needing maximum assistance for several of his daily self-care tasks, including getting dressed. He is now back up on his feet and walking, stronger, and with greater functional skills!

"[I was] Laughing and healing and continuing to have hope because hope was definitely part of the healing," Frederick shared about his therapy experience.

🎉 We are proud of the progress Kenneth made during his recent rehabilitation with us! He started physical therapy unable to walk at all, and now he's walking with supervision. He is stronger and more mobile.
