✨️Improving my barefoot skills, experiencing a tongue pull ( she's a ROLFer, trained to do it, so yes of course I wanted to try it). It felt great, and the fascia on face soften immediately. Very cool stuff!
✨️Learned how to use my strap more efficiently and effectively
✨️Got some serious side lying skills under my belt
