It’s that time of year again…

Every 2 years, North Carolina massage therapists have to complete 24 hours of continuing education.

And yes, that means Angie and I are back in student mode.... learning, practicing, taking notes, and adding new tools to my toolbox.

Because almost 18 years into this career, I don’t believe in getting comfortable with what I already know.

There’s always something new to learn about the body. We want that knowledge showing up on your massage table.

Today, I ran a 5K at the .... and somewhere between the miles, I started paying attention to every muscle that was working.
