Today I gave myself permission to do whatever I felt called to do. Among several creative activities, I created a very simple little intention box for 2024. Inside written on paper, I included the following:
1. Word of the Year
2. 2024 Intentions
3. 2024 Goals

I am excited and absolutely dedicated to raising not just my level of vibration but also those around me. While challenges will happen as they always do- I will meet them head on with passion and persistence.

Passing this along!

On October 4th, a national alert will be sent out to test the alert system around 2:20 pm ET. If you have a hidden phone, like many in a DV situation might, make sure your phone is off. From my understanding, even if it’s the next day when you turn it on, it will still go off, so make sure you are in a safe situation when you turn it back on. I sincerely hope no one I know needs to know this information, but I hope it reaches the ones who need to see this.

Live Training Session #1 of 8 was a success 🙌. For those that know me personally, talking in front of people isn’t in my comfort zone AND I stepped out of that zone with this hypnosis course.

I am honored to be teaching some amazing professionals a holistically-aligned hypnosis modality that will help clients. CE approved and all (NBCC & NC NASW). If you are interested in taking this course in the future, feel free to apply on our website as we will be offering some amazing trainings around holistic healing modality (hypnosis, mindfulness & more). Upcoming dates TBD along with the training structure (4 month track, 4 week track, etc).
