EyeCare for You EyeCare for You is a locally-owned eye care practice putting patient care & customer service first. Never feel like the eye doctor was just, "in and out" again.

Dr. Kara Ramsey-Foster established EyeCare for You to create a family-friendly optometric practice that truly cares about their patients and gives back to the Apex, NC community and those in need. We believe that caring starts by taking the time to listen to the questions and concerns of our patients. With our Direct Eye Care model, patients receive up to 60 minutes with Dr. Foster for a thorough eye exam and time to troubleshoot any vision concerns. "We believe that all our patients deserve the highest quality care and to do that patients need time with the doctor. Our Direct Eye Care approach provides that." - Dr. Kara Foster

Tap water, while harmless to drink & wash with, contains a lot of microorganisms that can be harmful to your delicate ocular surface over time. And sleeping in lenses doesn't allow for proper oxygen flow to your eyes as well.

Make sure you ALWAYS have a backup pair of prescription eyeglasses too! You never know when you'll need them in a pinch.
