Sprint club begins next week!
Whether you’re an athlete looking for a competitive edge, a runner hoping to improve speed and efficiency, or simply want to become a faster, more powerful human, Sprint Club is designed to help you train with purpose!
Led by former Division I sprinter Kayla Foy, each session combines sprint mechanics, acceleration work, power development, and conditioning in a structured program.
Tuesday: Speed & Technique
Focus on sprint mechanics, acceleration, posture, arm action, and efficient movement.
Thursday: Speed Endurance & Conditioning
Develop power, stamina, athleticism, and resilience through sprint intervals, hills, plyometrics, and conditioning drills.
Know Before You Go
Location:
This class will take place at a local park in the Apex area. Because the exact meeting point may vary based on park activity, field availability, and the size of our group, we’ll send the final location and parking instructions directly to registered participants no later than 24 hours before class.
Session Length:
Approximately 50 minutes.
Weather:
Sessions are held outdoors and may be modified, relocated, or canceled due to severe weather, lightning, or unsafe heat conditions. Participants will be notified if changes are necessary.
