To our residents! Owner Keira Duffy gave a presentation to teach us simple techniques that can boost brain health. What daily habits do you have to train your brain? The first 10 to share and comment will be entered into a gift card drawing!

Here at Cambridge Village Apex, we have SIX (6) centenarians. WOW! We had a great time celebrating these wonderful people with stories of fond memories, cake, and a toast on reaching a tremendous milestone. Now this is optimal living!

In honor of Cambridge Village of Apex 15th Anniversary, Bob Schuldt presented us with this amazing woodwork piece. He also carved smaller pieces with the names of managers and assistant staff members. Bob’s twin sister, Roberta, is a resident here and he comes to see her almost everyday. He wanted to show his appreciation to our community and staff. Thank you Bob!

We have weekly outings visiting local restaurants and shops in our area. We recently went to TOUS Les JOURS bakery. They have lots of fresh baked goodies to choose from.
