Your body already knows how to rest. Sometimes it just needs the space to remember. ✨
A sound bath is more than a moment of relaxation. It’s an invitation to slow down, soften, quiet the noise, and give yourself permission to simply receive.
Whether you’re craving deeper one-on-one support, gathering with people you love, floating weightlessly in the silks, or stepping away from everyday life for a retreat—there’s a sound healing experience waiting for you.
✨ One-on-One Sound Healing Sessions — personalized time created just for you
✨ Private Group Gatherings — birthdays, girls’ nights, celebrations & intentional gatherings
✨ Floating Aerial Sound Baths — Thursdays in Apollo Beach
✨ Retreat Experiences — nature, movement, connection, adventure & sound healing
You don’t have to wait until you’re completely depleted to give yourself rest.
Come home to the wisdom within. 🤍
DM me REST and I’ll help you find the experience that feels right for you.
