Sharing pictures from our wonderful Sound Bath and Yin Yoga event with last night. A gentle yin was led by Iris Page before we relaxed into the vibrating sounds of the bath. The setting sun offered a soothing backdrop as we eased into a moment of peace and intention. Did you know this was our first group event in our space? We hope to offer more for our community as we believe healing and relief can happen in many forms. Thank you for joining us 🌿
