Things I always bring to a birth:
🌸 Hemorrhage meds
🌼 Rescuitation Equipment/ BVM
🌸 Oxygen for both Mom and Baby
🌼 Compressed air for baby
🌸 IV fluids
🌼 Doppler for fetal heart tones
🌸 Sump Pump to drain the pool
🌼 Suture supplies for repairing tears
🌸 Tablet equipped with EHR for documentation

Non medical items include snacks, electrolytes, a change of clothes, and a phone charger 🤣

Today was such a good day! We made meaningful connections that will truly strengthen the care we provide for our community. I’m excited for everything that becomes possible when we bridge gaps, work together with intention, and put the needs of families at the center of it all.
