In OT, we often do many things that look like playing. While playing is an important skill to develop, there are often many other underlying skills that a therapist is concurrently working on.
To an onlooker, this activity may just look like Ms. I is bouncing on a ball and giggling about it. In reality, we are working on so many other skills (also, you are never too young to practice being a cowgirl!)
