I am excited to WELCOME BACK Megan Mateski, MA, OTR/L, PMH-C, PCES, Occupational Therapist to the Iris Mental Health & Wellness Family!

Megan is returning to provide Occupational Therapy services via telehealth with a focus on pregnancy and the postpartum period, as well as parenting. She is certified as a Functional Pelvic Health Practitioner, and is working towards her certification as a Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. In addition, she is Perinatal Mental Health Certified through Support International

Iris is now partnering with in our Maplewood office to offer coaching and craniosacral therapy (CST) sessions with Reide Bibeau-Peper! Reide is a mental health professional with over 10 years of experience in trauma-informed care.

She has expertise in CST with infants and toddlers, and loves working with people of all ages to heal trauma drawing from parts work, attachment theory, developmental psychology, and polyvagal principles.
