A great end of summer fair. Crafts, food, games, music & memories to hold us over until next summer. Successful raffle to benefit one of our CNAs affected by the Menasha tornado. Having a supportive work community makes a world of difference! 💫

Going into rehab is a big life change especially for our beloved pets. George & Jenna’s story is so touching. George was visiting from out of state & needed rehab. What to do with Jenna? Delta Animal Shelter in Escanaba, MI was home to Jenna while George completed rehab at Meadowbrook at Appleton in Appleton, WI. Now to get them both home! Iron Mountain VA Medical Center & an incredible volunteer John Hardwick made that happen along with Alison, NHA, Emma, DSS, and Wendy, RDSM of the nursing home/rehab center. John picked Jenna up in MI & reunited her with George this morning after many arrangements. George & Jenna will be on a flight home through Delta Airlines. What a team of awesome people who made this happen! ✈️🐾❤️
