Oooo I’m feeling SPICY today, 🫣 Everyone says health is “too expensive.”
But we spend money on Starbucks, the newest iPhone, monthly subscriptions, eating out, and so many other things without giving them a second thought.
Yet when it comes to investing in our health? Suddenly, it’s too expensive.
Now, I’m not saying everyone needs to spend thousands of dollars on functional testing or supplements!! And I know that healthcare isn’t equally accessible or affordable for everyone.
But I do want you to start thinking differently about what it means to invest in your health. Because your health is worth the investment of your time, effort, energy, and, when needed, your finances.
Your health isn’t built in a hospital alone.
It’s influenced by the everyday things you do long before you ever step into one: the food you nourish your body with, the quality of your sleep, how you manage stress, the way you move, and the habits you build consistently over time.
These things don’t guarantee you’ll avoid all chronic illness. Genetics, environment, infections, and many other factors play a role, too.
BUT supporting your body, paying attention to symptoms, and addressing concerns early can make a HUGE difference in your long-term health.
Stop waiting until your health forces you to slow down before you start prioritizing it. You don’t need to do everything perfectly, you just need to START somewhere 💛
