I am so happy to introduce Carmen Nunez to you as a Liscened Massage Therapist at Blue Lotus Massage.

Carmen has an intentional approach to her sessions. Her presence is calming and grounding so that you may walk out of your massage with a sense of relief you will feel long after.

She graduated from massage therapy school in Texas in 2011. Family brought her back to Wisconsin, where she grew up and has since been certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage as well as Intra-Oral massage.

Carmen invites a safe space for your healing journey.

Carmen is available on Thursdays from 8am - 12pm to both new clients and current clients.

Today I had the rare opportunity to be the client in my own space at Blue Lotus Massage — and it was such a beautiful reminder of what intentional care truly feels like.

To fully relax, slow down, and receive bodywork that felt peaceful, grounding, and deeply renewing was something I didn’t realize I needed quite this much. Every part of the session felt thoughtful, calming, and genuinely restorative.

As someone who spends so much time caring for others, it meant a lot to be cared for in the same mindful and heart-centered way I strive to give to my own clients every day.

I left feeling lighter, recharged, and incredibly grateful for the experience.
