We spend so much time waiting for the “water to stir.”

We wait for the perfect doctor, the right season, or for someone else to finally give us a hand up.

But when Jesus stood before the man at the pool of Bethesda, He didn’t address the water or the 38-year wait.

He addressed the will.

“Do you want to be made well?”

It’s one of the most uncomfortable questions in Scripture because it removes our excuses.

Healing, growth, and transformation often start with a decision to stop explaining why we’re stuck and start obeying what God is telling you.

Don’t let your “because” keep you from your “becoming.”

A little **out-of-office + family time** before the school year begins! 🏕️🌲🤎

Starting **Thursday afternoon**, I’ll be heading out of town for a camping trip with my family and will have **limited to no cell service**.

I’ll be unplugging, soaking up time with my family, and making some memories before school starts. 🤍

If you send an **email, text, or message** while I’m away, please know I’m not ignoring you! I’ll respond to all messages when I’m back **Monday**.

🥦 **GOOD. BETTER. BEST.** 💚

One of the biggest mindset shifts we teach our patients at FVFM is this:

**Stop chasing perfection. Start chasing consistency.**

Let's use broccoli as an example:

🥦 **GOOD:** Frozen broccoli from the freezer aisle.
➡️ Is it the "perfect" option? No.
➡️ Is it still packed with fiber, vitamins, and minerals? Absolutely.

🥦 **BETTER:** Organic broccoli from your local grocery store.
➡️ Choosing organic can help reduce pesticide exposure while still being convenient and accessible.

🥦 **BEST:** Organic broccoli grown in your own garden or purchased from a trusted local farmer.
➡️ Fresh, nutrient-dense, and grown without unnecessary chemicals.

Here's the truth...

If your choice today is between frozen broccoli or no vegetables at all...

👉 **Choose the frozen broccoli.**

Health isn't built by making the "best" choice once.
It's built by making **good choices consistently**.
